The original blog “Living with Plan B” was set up in January 2006 to provide updates about Christopher’s episodes of Mollaret’s meningitis, since it had become impossible to keep up with separate private emails. It has evolved, however, into a collection of reflections on and accounts of our everyday life together.

Dear Alleen,
There is a good chance that you will not remember me, but I was a friend of Peter’s from many years ago, and visited him often when I was in Austria. I build harpsichords, and am also a friend of Martin’s.
I wrote a brief note with the link on Peter’s website, but I wanted to again send you and your family my deepest condolences for your sudden and tragic loss of dear Peter. He will be deeply missed. I had planned to see him on my next visit there next year…
